SAP Training Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Training Lead to join their project from September 2025 and will run until July 2026, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in SAP training modules, with expertise in developing and delivering SAP training programs requiring strong leadership, client management, and holistic SAP knowledge. This is a fully remote position

Key Responsibilities :

• Comprehensive understanding of SAP systems and modules, with the ability to translate technical concepts into effective training materials.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP training initiatives, from needs assessment to program delivery and evaluation.
• Client Guidance : Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise clients on training strategies tailored to their SAP implementation.
• Design and implement SAP training curricula for technical and functional users.
• Lead a team of trainers and coordinate training activities across projects.
• Collaborate with SAP project teams to align training with system rollouts.
• Develop training materials (e.g., e-learning modules, user manuals, workshops).
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programs based on feedback.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
