Role and Responsibilities : Meet sales targets, offer consistently exceptional customer service, professional and courteous at all times. Maintaining the visual aspects of the store, participating in team meetings. Respecting all company policies as indicated in our Employee Guide, etc.

Requirements :   You must be able to work 30 to 40 hours and not go back to school, as this is a permanent, position and have a car to reliably get to the Browns Outlet CrossIron Mills store.

Training : To be provided by Browns University
