What Gerdau Offers You

• Hourly Rate Range : $33.30 / hr – $44.10 / hr (actual rate is dependent on applicant sponsored hours completed)
• Overtime : Overtime opportunities available
• Shift Premiums : an average of $575 / year in shift premiums.
• Cost of Living : Annual cost of living increases based on Consumer Price Index (CPI).
• Vacation Bonus : 50% bonus when vacation is taken outside of prime vacation periods
