A Vancouver-based sustainability advisory firm offering ESG & sustainability services that bridge strategy and execution. They help design and construction clients embed environmental, social, and governance goals across portfolios and projects .

Quick Role Overview

Lead, shape and deliver ESG strategies that drive real business and environmental impact—across buildings, portfolios and clients.

What You’ll Own

ESG strategy development at project, portfolio and organizational levels

Integration of ESG into design, procurement & construction workflows

Oversee data collection, tracking, and gap analysis

Prepare ESG disclosures using GRI, TCFD, SASB, GRESB frameworks

Run stakeholder engagement and materiality assessments

Interpret ESG risks / opportunities for leadership teams

Mentor junior ESG / sustainability staff

What You Bring

8+ yrs in ESG strategy or sustainability reporting—bonus for built environment experience

Deep familiarity with ESG frameworks (GRI, TCFD, SASB, GRESB)

Understanding of corporate sustainability, risk, and regulatory disclosure

Experience with ESG data management systems and analysis

Strong communication for both technical and executive audiences

Proven success implementing ESG programs or advisory roles

Excellent project management and leadership capability
