Purpose of the position

The Habitation du Souvenir building in Laval is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building. Are you considered a versatile person, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need! Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :
  • Maintain property areas and systems
  • Keep the work environment clean
  • Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
  • Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
  • Maintain the garden
  • Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
  • Be available to respond to emergencies
  • Make service calls
  • Collaborate or carry out any other tasks related to the maintenance department, as needed and at the request of the immediate superior
  • Make outdoor spring and winter preparations.

  • Sense of autonomy developed, takes initiatives, organized, engaged and creative
  • Knowledge of plumbing and electricity

Required qualifications :

  • A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
  • Experience in customer service (an asset)
