Description de posteAfternoon shift premium : +$0.65 per hour Night shift premium : +$0.85 per hour Shift Schedules : weekly rotation (days 7‑3, nights 11‑7, afternoons 3‑11) Competitive Rates Shift premiums Fully employer‑paid benefits starting on day 1 Employer matched pension Up to 14 weeks parental leave top‑up 15 vacation days Opportunities for advancement Employee Assistance Program (EAP) On‑site cafeteria Free parking Employee events (BBQ’s, ice cream days, Ferrero product giveaways) Relocation assistance available Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot and repair food processing equipment Optimize equipment safety, food safety, and reliability, including support of preventative maintenance initiatives Participate in continuous improvement projects, including installation and commissioning of machinery Perform equipment change‑over and production line set‑ups Welding, machining, and fabricating where qualified; maintain high sanitation standards, housekeeping, and cleanliness of the maintenance shop – preferable Compliance with regulations and procedures to maintain the highest levels of health and safety, food safety, GMPs, and HACCP A valid Industrial Mechanic / Millwright trade license (433A) 4‑7 years of relevant experience, or 8+ years if unlicensed Previous experience within the food and beverage or consumer packaged goods industry preferred Strong communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision or within a team environment Able to work rotating shifts to support a continuous operation Seniority level : Mid‑Senior level Employment type : Full‑time Job function : Management and Manufacturing Industries : Manufacturing Location : Brantford, Ontario, Canada Salary : CA$44.51‑CA$52.37

Ferrero seeks an experienced Maintenance Millwright to support and maintain continuous production operations at our facility in Brantford, Ontario.

About the Role
As a Millwright for Ferrero Manufacturing Operations, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining a continuous production operation, including routine preventative maintenance, optimization of equipment safety, food safety, efficiencies, and reliability.
Compensation
Starting from $45.48 / hr
12‑hour shifts :
- Scheduled Weekend Shift Premium : +$4.00 per hour
- Night Shift Premium : +$1.65 per hour
- Shift Schedules : 2‑week continental shift rotation (6am‑6pm / 6pm‑6am)
8‑hour shifts :
