Position Overview

The Foot Care Nurse (RPN) will provide advanced, client-centered foot care services in accordance with best practices and professional standards. This role is ideal for an RPN with additional foot care training who is seeking flexible, casual work opportunities in a home care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to clients homes to provide foot care assessments and treatments, including trimming, filing, callus and corn care, and basic wound care as appropriate.
• Identify and manage common foot conditions, referring to physicians or specialists when necessary.
• Educate clients and families on foot health, infection prevention, and ongoing care practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client care in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• Comply with infection prevention and control protocols, including proper sterilization of instruments.
