Customer Relations Specialist, Global Services

JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to solve problems, and win back and retain the most demanding customers in our global network (Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific). You'll be working closely with the dealer network, customers and your customer service colleagues.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Find, negotiate and propose creative solutions to complex customer problems through discussions and written communications.
• Identify and escalate customer dissatisfaction to improve operational processes.
• Find the right balance between the needs of the company and those of its customers, using best practices in customer experience.
• Establish relationships with other company functions and departments to mobilize the right resources at the right time to optimize problem resolution.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• Experience in customer service or customer relations required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resourcefulness and flexibility.
• Good judgement, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• The ability to follow up and organize work personally.
• The ability to communicate with internal stakeholders located outside of Quebec or in English on a daily basis. A third language would be an asset.
