Experience with relational databases (SQL). Experience in the implementation of information system from A to Z and process analysis. Perfectly bilingual (French / English). Experience with the Agile approach.

- Interprets strategic vision and ensures team can understand it.
- Manages backlog - ensures priorities and information are accurate and aligned with strategy.
- Meets regularly with business and BRM to align on new demands and receives feedback from deliveries.
- Organizes team activities collaboratively.
- Documents end-to-end processes for business and help desk.
- Works with BA's as required to ensure business requirements are clear.
- Breaks down business requirements into user stories - readies work for team.
- Organizes and facilitates regular team ceremonies including daily huddle, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, demonstrations.
