Our client is a leading family business in the metal recycling industry. Theirmitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility drives their mission to effectively dispose of metals, end-of-life vehicles and construction waste.Duties and Responsibilities :
- Interprets strategic vision and ensures team can understand it.
- Manages backlog - ensures priorities and information are accurate and aligned with strategy.
- Meets regularly with business and BRM to align on new demands and receives feedback from deliveries.
- Organizes team activities collaboratively.
- Documents end-to-end processes for business and help desk.
- Works with BA's as required to ensure business requirements are clear.
- Breaks down business requirements into user stories - readies work for team.
- Organizes and facilitates regular team ceremonies including daily huddle, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, demonstrations.
Requirements :
