Description de poste$23.00–$25.00 / hour starting wage (depending on experience) Monday–Friday, traditional business hours Small, professional office with a family‑friendly atmosphere Comprehensive training and ongoing support Benefits after the probationary period Business‑casual environment Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service Independently manage day‑to‑day office operations and make reasonable decisions when supervisors are unavailable Coordinate schedules, manage job tracking, and support staff and customers Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting See small projects through from intake to completion 3–5 years experience in customer service, office administration, or call‑centre environments (required) Strong verbal and written communication skills Confident with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and CRM systems Positive, professional, people‑oriented personality Strong independent judgment, ability to resolve issues without escalation Experience in home improvement or trades (asset, not required)
