Responsibilities

• Provide support to QNX customers across a wide range of products, including Networking, USB, Kernel, Multimedia, Graphics, IDE, and development tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Document technical solutions and contribute to support knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with peers to proactively and reactively address technical challenges.
• Apply innovative thinking to improve support processes and enhance customer experience.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation Hiring Base Salary Range : $108,750.00 - $158,750.00

Please be advised that the compensation hiring range indicated herein is provided solely as a good-faith estimate of expected base compensation for the position. The actual compensation offered will be determined at the time of hire and is contingent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and results of assessments conducted during the hiring process.
