About the role : Operations Manager

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both salaried and hourly employees, helping them grow while keeping daily operations running smoothly. You’ll lead large-scale initiatives that impact not just your site—but also the region.

Your daily tasks will include everything from building productivity plans and reviewing forecasts, to ensuring safety compliance and collaborating with key departments such as HR, Engineering, Safety, and Loss Prevention. You’ll also support Amazon’s three core logistics stages—First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile—ensuring seamless transitions at every phase.

This is a physically engaging position : expect to be on your feet up to 12 hours per shift, moving packages, climbing stairs, and working in variable temperatures. If you thrive in hands‑on environments, this role was built for you.

Pay Range : $98,900 – $165,200 (based on experience, skills, and knowledge)

Requirements / Skills

  • 3+ years of management experience, ideally overseeing both salaried and hourly employees
  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years as a full‑time Amazon employee
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfort working on your feet for extended periods—up to 12 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift up to 49 lbs, bend, squat, push, and pull repeatedly
  • Adaptability to variable weather and temperature conditions in delivery areas
  • Preferred : 1+ year of experience in process improvement, lean methodologies, or performance metrics
