Description de posteReview work orders and discuss work with supervisor before starting repairs Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems including : Refinish equipment using industry-standard paint equipment, facilities and materials Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems including structural, brake and electrical systems Diagnose and repair electronic and electrical systems Installation of new truck accessories Other duties and projects as assigned 1 year of experience as a Body Shop Technician Valid Class 5, prefer 1 OR 3 Driver’s License with air endorsement Fabrication & welding experience required Aluminum welding is an asset Superior mechanical aptitude with an in-depth knowledge of heavy duty truck repairs Strong computer skills Detail-oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong personal organizational skills as they relate to workload, time management and setting priorities in an unsupervised environment Effective problem solving skills $25.59 - $51.17 per hour Pay rate will be determined based on previous experience, relevant certifications and apprenticeship level
