Product Manager

Core Responsibilities :

• Synthesize competitor intel, customer feedback, sales data, market research, employee feedback and other key inputs.
• Develop an inspiring product vision and high impact product roadmap.
• Collaborate with industrial, mechanical, electrical, UI / UX design and engineering employees and contractors to bring products and features to life.
• Understand and articulate how mobile app, cloud, and physical hardware interact to solve customer problems.
• Manage key timelines and communicate our progress to company leaders and employees.
• Work with Marketing and Sales to set pricing and introduce products and features to the market with well-orchestrated go-to-market plans.
• Act as the main interface between our customer-facing teams and the engineering team.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and adjust based on customer feedback.
• Contribute to overall company direction and strategy as a key member of the company leadership team
