POSITION: Plumber JOB TYPE: Full Time LOCATION: Grande Prairie, Alberta SALARY/WAGE: $25.00-$50.00/hour JOB SUMMARY: The Agency is assisting Indoor Elements Mechanical in the recruitment of a Plumber (Journeyman or Apprentice) to join their team in response to a growing workload. This role is ideal for a skilled Journeyman or motivated Apprentice who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and values being part of a collaborative, supportive team. You'll work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, from emergency repairs to full system installations — all while being part of a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond promptly and professionally to residential and commercial service calls Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot plumbing issues to determine effective solutions Complete plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations to a high standard Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently Maintain accurate documentation of service visits, materials used, and work completed Communicate clearly with team members to support efficient scheduling and customer service Follow all safety protocols, company procedures, and local plumbing codes Interact with customers in a courteous, professional manner, explaining findings, repair options, and pricing REQUIREMENTS: Journeyman Plumber certification or registered Apprentice status Valid class 5 drivers license with a clean abstract Experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing environments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism BENEFITS: Competitive Wages Health Benefits Steady, year-round work with a growing company A team-first culture where your skills and well-being matter JOB POSTING INFORMATION: Submit your resume and cover letter to The Agency at recruiter@theagency212.com.
