Your Opportunity

Our Rockland office is looking for an Administrative Professional . This replacement role requires you to be in the office 100% of the time, and you will own the following responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to a group of Partners including all incoming and outgoing communications, calendar management, and acting as the gatekeeper for external and internal contacts
• Provide assistance at reception
• Ensure all documents and deliverables are properly edited prior to being sent to clients
• Provide coverage for other support staff during vacations, illness and other absenteeism as requested by the Admin manager
• Photocopy and file important documents such as reports, meeting notes, emails, letters; assist with client mailouts and other general admin and clerical duties as assigned
• Serve as point of contact for clients to address issues related to billing and document travel
• Lead client invoices, databases and meeting coordination
• Lead workflow software / systems including tracking and reporting
• Assist with Partner expense reports
• Provide administrative support to multiple Partners and staff within the office, including calendar management and inbox prioritization
• Client interaction to support information requests and follow-ups
• Assist with billing, collections and processing of A / R and A / P

Pay Range : $45,000 - $48,000 / annum
