Condominium Manager

TRITAN Recruitment has partnered with an Alberta-based property management firm to find a Condominium Manager to join their growing team in Calgary. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneur at heart and have proven leadership skills. You will be accountable for developing, maximizing and maintaining long-term relationships within your team, and with clients. You are a trusted advisor who provides meaningful, value-based training and development to the Condominium team.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing a portfolio of condominium properties
• Responsible for maintaining clear written Condominium policies and procedures.
• Overseeing the training of new industry professionals and providing professional development.
• Developing, maximizing and maintaining long-term relationships within your team, and with clients.
• You will hold your team accountable for meeting deadlines, following up, and adhering to policies and procedures.
• Attend condo board meetings to maintain strong client relationships and promote the company’s values.
• You will support the regular assessments and reviews of employees, including coaching, training, and performance management.
