Laboratory Assistant I

The team at Spruce Grove Patient Care Services (PSC) is seeking an enthusiastic Medical Laboratory Assistant to join our fast‑paced public‑facing laboratory. You’ll work independently and as part of a collaborative team, responsible for phlebotomy, ECG interpretation, specimen processing, and monitoring wait times to deliver high‑quality service to patients. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to adapt under pressure, and efficient time‑management.

Shift Schedule & Locations

• Rotating shift : 0700‑1900 (Mon‑Fri) and every third Saturday 0700‑1530 at Spruce Grove PSC. Additional shifts may be required at Onoway and Evansburg PSC.
• Reliable personal transportation required.
