Education and Skills
Must have :
Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training within large and / or complex project environments.
Instructional design experience with Articulate 360
Training design, development, and delivery, such as training materials (learning roadmaps, learning presentations, online courses, guides and materials, job aids, etc.)
Develop metrics and tools to measure and evaluate effectiveness of training materials and delivery including lessons learned
Nice to have :
Change management, or communications experience
Develop and perform formal training needs assessments
Lead and support training delivery in person or online
Apply company guidelines, standards, and templates in creating training materials
Develop sustainment plan and conduct handover activities to business operations
Experience with delivering compliance-related material, especially related to energy industry, Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP), IT, or cybersecurity
