We are hiring Hybrid Call Center Agents to support a client in the financial sector. If you have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping customers, we’d love to see you apply!

Compensation starting at $17.60/hour.

What You'll Do:

• Engage with customers on all inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other channels of communication applicable and/or supports to update customer’s account information

• Provide outstanding customer service by listening, understanding needs, and resolving issues.

• Navigate company systems to update customer information and process requests accurately.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling high-volume calls.

• Adhere to financial sector compliance and security protocols.
