Project Manager - Interior Design
Location: Toronto, ON | In-Studio | Full-Time
Tomas Pearce Interior Design is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our award-winning studio. This role is central to the successful delivery of our luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial interior projects.
You will work closely with principals, designers, consultants, and clients to ensure projects are executed with clarity, precision, and confidence from concept through completion.

THE ROLE
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, budgets, documentation, and coordination across all phases of design and construction. You will act as the anchor between clients, consultants, contractors, and the internal design team.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Manage multiple interior design projects from schematic design through construction and close-out
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans
• Lead client communication and project meetings
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Oversee drawing coordination, documentation, and deliverables
• Track budgets, additional services, and change orders with studio leadership
• Ensure quality control and consistency across all project outputs
• Anticipate risks and resolve issues proactively
• Support studio workflow, team alignment, and project efficiency
WHAT YOU BRING
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Architectural Technology, or Construction Management
• 5+ years of project management experience within an interior design or architecture firm
• Strong understanding of the interior design and construction process in Ontario
• Working knowledge of Ontario Building Code and consultant coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to review and manage drawing sets
• Experience with project management or time-tracking software is an asset
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills

COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $78,000 – $105,000, commensurate with experience
