The marketing coordinator plays a key role in creating and coordinating marketing content, executing campaigns, supporting event initiatives, and providing operational and administrative support to the department. [conversation_history]

This is a key operational support position, ideal for a dynamic and rigorous profile comfortable in a technical and constantly evolving environment, capable of effectively managing multiple priorities and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. What You Bring To The Table

Responsibilities

• Content Creation and Digital Marketing
• Actively contribute to creating, formatting, and publishing marketing content (articles, brochures, newsletters, social media, promotional materials, landing pages).
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather, structure, and simplify technical information needed for content production.
• Update website content and ensure quality, consistency, and brand standards across all produced materials.
• Event Support
• Assist with planning and logistics for events, providing on-site support as needed (trade shows, conferences, webinars, internal activities).
• Coordinate registrations, promotional materials, communications, and post-event follow-ups.
• Be available for occasional travel outside regular hours, including weekends, based on event needs.
• Administration and Coordination
• Create and update internal tools: marketing calendars, SOPs, templates, and tracking files.
• Multidisciplinary coordination: align teams (sales, service, Talent & Culture) and meet deadlines.
• Project tracking: monitor campaign progress, manage tracking tools, and handle incoming requests.
• External and admin management: coordinate with suppliers, manage promotional store, POs, and invoicing.

Essential Skills And Qualifications To Be Successful

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing coordination or support role.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Autonomy, rigor, curiosity, and collaborative spirit.
• Comfortable in a technical, structured, and evolving environment. [conversation_history]
• French/English bilingualism (written and spoken).
• Experience in B2B, industrial, or technical settings: an asset.

Work Location

Work location: Kirkland, Quebec. Travel may be required occasionally.
