We are currently searching for individuals to come on board as an IT Recruiter who is interested in working within the Information Technology sector. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who will their Recruiting skills to a rapidly growing company. Responsibilities :

• Locate and attract qualified, potential IT applicants.
• Communicate with potential applicants via video chat, phone, email, or in-person (when possible).
• Screen resumes and interview candidates for various positions and within multiple locations of the organization.
• Building, creating and utilizing recruiting strategies and social media tools designed to identify and source qualified passive candidates.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with universities, colleges and local organizations to participate in job fairs or networking events.
• Assist with the preparation of offer letters and related onboarding functions.
• Other related functions as deemed necessary.
