Our BPF-compliant services include strategic planning, preclinical development, analytical method development, formulation development, prototype and clinical batch manufacturing, distribution of finished products to clinical sites, and regulatory affairs.

Position Description

• Work under the supervision of the Finance Director and with the support of the technical team:
• Actively participate in month-end closing processes and the preparation of monthly financial statements;
• Prepare monthly analyses and month-end files;
• Make monthly entries including account adjustments;
• Maintain the general ledger system;
• Ensure balance sheet account accuracy, perform auxiliary reconciliations, and justify discrepancies;
• Oversee the application, improvement, and maintenance of internal controls;
• Ensure optimal functioning of accounting procedures and consistent application.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting or relevant training and experience;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Knowledge of Dynacom software and ERP systems is an asset;
• Bilingualism is an asset;
• High level of rigor;
• Ability to navigate a transforming environment;
• Problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and flexibility;
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple files, and meet deadlines.
