Description de poste5+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration. Hands-on experience with SharePoint migration projects. Strong knowledge of : SharePoint Online and / or SharePoint Server SharePoint Framework (SPFx) PowerShell scripting Microsoft ecosystem Experience with migration tools (e.g., ShareGate or similar platforms). Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). Understanding of SharePoint security models and governance. Lead and support the migration of existing SharePoint environments (e.g., on-premises to SharePoint Online). Analyze current SharePoint architecture and recommend modernization strategies. Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, pages, workflows, and web parts. Update and optimize the existing SharePoint web portal for performance, scalability, and usability. Migrate content, libraries, lists, metadata, and permissions while maintaining data integrity. Implement governance, security, and compliance best practices. Develop and maintain Power Platform integrations (Power Automate, Power Apps) where needed. Troubleshoot migration issues and provide post-migration support. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Document technical processes, configurations, and user guidance materials.
