Pipeline Development Specialist

We are seeking a Pipeline Development Specialist based in our Milton Office to join the Sales Operations team. This is a fully on-site role.

What you will be doing :

Pipeline Development Specialist will ensure our project lifecycle governance data quality and CRM processes run smoothly. They also act as the coordinator for project entry and standardization helping maintain accurate complete and compliant project data enabling reliable pipeline visibility and seamless handoffs between field teams.

Project Lifecycle & Governance : Validate and enrich new projects to ensure compliance with governance standards; support smooth handoffs between Design and Bidding stages.

Assignment & Support : Assign projects in a timely manner monitor progress escalate delays and provide feedback on data quality.

System Accuracy & Compliance : Audit project updates maintain accurate CRM records and prevent incomplete or non-compliant entries.

Collaboration & Reporting : Partner with Field Sales Reps and ASMs provide leadership with reports on data quality and pipeline health and identify trends for process improvements.

Ensure all projects meet governance criteria and are accurately enriched.

Maintain standardized complete and compliant CRM entries.

Facilitate smooth project handoffs between teams.

Support timely project assignments and data quality feedback.

Deliver reliable reporting for pipeline visibility and governance compliance.

What you bring :

Bachelors degree or diploma in any discipline or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Strong attention to detail and process orientation.

Experience with CRM systems and data governance practices.

Familiarity with or interest in AI tools automation and data analytics.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Ability to identify gaps trends and suggest improvements.
