- Lead and inspire a team of supervisors and associates to deliver exceptional service and achieve store goals
- Coach and develop your team through performance feedback, training, and recognition

Customer Experience & Community Engagement
Champion a customer-first approach by ensuring every shopper receives friendly and knowledgeable serviceAddress customer concerns with care, creating positive and lasting impressionsSupport community connections by reflecting the values and needs of the people the store servesStore Operations & Performance
Oversee day-to-day operations including opening / closing, cash handling, safety, and complianceManage budgets, control expenses, and drive sales and profitability targetsMonitor and optimize inventory flow and shrink reduction strategiesMerchandising & Presentation
Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and visually aligned with merchandising standardsImplement promotional and seasonal merchandising plans with attention to detail and timingAdapt product displays based on customer demand and store-level insightsRequirements
3+ years of progressive retail leadership experience in general merchandise or a related formatProven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of store financials, operations, and merchandisingExceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysCorporate Culture
