In-House Litigation Counsel (Fully Remote – Ontario Based)

Our client, a sophisticated family office and technology-focused investment company, is seeking an exceptional In-House Litigation Counsel to lead and manage ongoing and emerging disputes across its portfolio.

This is a rare, fully remote opportunity (with court appearances in Toronto) to work on high-impact commercial matters while partnering closely with an elite executive team.

What You’ll Do :

• Strategically manage commercial disputes from inception through resolution
• Lead complex matters on the Commercial List
• Determine trial strategy, draft and review all documents, and appear in court yourself
• Advise on corporate governance and securities-related issues, where applicable
• Report directly to senior leadership with concise, business-focused recommendations
• Champion risk mitigation and efficient dispute workflows
