Role Summary

The Technician Level 1 performs preventive maintenance and repairs on construction equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safety. The role works with a safety‑focused team and supports the service and operations track.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on Aerial Work Platforms, construction tools, and specialty line equipment.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical faults on diesel‐powered and specialty equipment.
• Collaborate with the service team to schedule maintenance, document work orders, and maintain equipment logs.
• Follow safety procedures, use personal protective equipment, and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

Physical Demands

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors / outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.
