Purchasing Coordinator

The Purchasing Coordinator is a key player in Techo-Blocs global sourcing strategy. Youll support buyers manage vendor relationships handle quotation requests and occasionally place and track purchase orders for non-inventoried itemsensuring timely delivery across our sites.

Working closely with R&D Procurement Production and Customer Service youll manage product data in our ERP track projects and help optimize sourcing decisions. Youll also develop vendor partnerships negotiate contracts and provide insights on industry trends to deliver the best value.

Key Responsibilities :

• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to coordinate sourcing and product needs;
• Issue purchase orders and manage ERP data;
• Track projects intercompany product movements and procurement KPIs;
• Evaluate suppliers negotiate pricing and recommend sourcing options;
• Share product information and insights across teams;
