Your Role Includes
Reviewing and stamping mechanical projects of all complexities and sizesDirecting design strategies and concepts on complex projectsLeading audits, feasibility assessments, and investigations, and writing corresponding reportsConducting site visits and troubleshooting construction issues; collaborating on solutionsMentoring intermediate and junior-level engineers and designersSupporting the continuous development of mechanical design standards and practicesWhat You Will Bring to the Team
Design experience with central plant systems, including hot water, steam, and chilled water systemsSignificant exposure to DDC control systems, including writing sequences of operations, specifications, and troubleshooting on-site control issuesExtensive knowledge of codes and standards, including OBC, ASHRAE, CSA, and ASPE standardsDesign experience across multiple industries, including commercial, industrial, educational, multi-unit residential, healthcare, and governmentExcellent communication skills and the ability to organize, multitask, and work well under deadlinesA collaborative mindset and a willingness to share ideas with a track record of sound judgment and decision-makingProfessional engineering license in Ontario with at least 5 years of Canadian experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
