POSITION SUMMARY
The Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP) Assistant is responsible for supporting the annual CVITP Service within Prairie Mountain Health (PMH) communities. The duties of the Assistant include supporting current and new volunteers, scheduling and operational logistics, engaging with clients at both drop-off and appointment locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Overview :
- Provides reception duties at the Brandon CVITP appointment location (BNRC)
- Provides reception duties at the Brandon CVITP drop-off location (7th Street HAC)
- Organizes CVITP Meet and Greet and Training events
- Organizes CVITP Windup event
- Records incoming client information
- Provides operational and logistical support to current CVITP sites and volunteers in collaboration with CVITP Leads.
- Contacts clients when additional information is required.
- Other duties as assigned.
