As a Licenced Practical Nurse, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional patient care, both independently and as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary healthcare team. Your key responsibilities include :

• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient care.
• Conducts patient assessments to determine care needs.
• Develops and implements individualized care plans.
• Provides personal care and performs nursing procedures.
• Adheres to the competency guidelines and scope of practice set by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives.
• Team Participation : Contribute to hospital initiatives by serving on designated committees, teams, and participating in approved research projects as assigned.
