Whatyoulldo
Work with stakeholders and partners tounderstand andtranslate business practices and information into meaningfulriskreports and policies
Leadsupportand adviseonpolicy development across risk categories
Supportandadviseonriskreportingactivities coveringenterprise operational and model risk
Support the management of FCCs corporate insuranceprogram
Coachand mentorothers to understand andimplementeffectivereporting practices understand effective governance andthe three lines of defence andoperatewithin risk appetite
Useexpertiseresearchand analysis to advanceand enhanceFCCsenterprise risk management frameworks and policies
Develop andmaintainprocessesmethodologiesand toolsfor reporting and policy development
Whatyoullbring to the team
Requiredqualifications:
A bachelors degreein economicsbusinessadministrationorarelated field
At leastfour yearsof experience in arisk managementenvironment (oranequivalent combination of education and experience)
Extensive knowledge ofenterpriserisk managementinareas such as:riskreportingpolicydevelopment corporateinsurance or artificialintelligence (internalexternalandvendoruse)
Experience with industry standards and frameworks
Preferredqualifications:
Certifications related to risk managementfinanceor accountingsuch asCRM CRMP GPC.D
Experience in financial services or regulated industries
Experience developing riskpoliciesor reporting tools
