Account Manager

Project Overview :

As an Account Manager, you will work with customers to help them achieve their business goals by architecting technology and data solutions that deliver marketing experiences. You will leverage industry and product knowledge to consult with clients, identifying how adopting the company's technology and data solutions will integrate and improve their existing marketing technology architecture.

Overall Responsibilities :

  • Collaboration : Partner with Data Transformation Leads and Marketing Platform Account Executives to sell new ads products and advanced marketing activations.
  • Solution Development : Translate technical solutions into business outcomes via storytelling, narrative building, and clear communication for customer contacts.
  • Consultation : Work closely with the Platforms Sales team on strategies and approaches to drive customer business outcomes.
  • Discovery & Design : Consult with sales and client teams to conduct discovery, design technical diagrams, and develop guidelines to address specific business needs.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities :

  • Attend meetings and fulfill action items.
  • Support sales and customer stakeholders.
  • Make progress against broader business objectives.
  • Mandatory Skills / Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Proven experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy and working with senior leadership.
  • Experience sales pitching to executive stakeholders.
  • Non-Essential Skills / Qualifications :

  • Experience with Marketing Platform or Advertising solutions.
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms.
  • Experience in whiteboarding technology systems and data flows.
  • Ability to resolve complex technical issues and present them in a simplified manner to a variety of audiences, from practitioners to executives.
  • Familiarity with the broader marketing and ad technology space.
  • Basic understanding of digital industry changes and implications of privacy.
  • Excellent problem-solving, technical aptitude, and communication / storytelling skills.
