Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our Canada-based team full-time. This role will serve as the primary finance resource for our Canadian subsidiary supporting a wide range of accounting billing and operational functions. Youll work closely with our U.S based Finance and HR teams while taking ownership of key processes locally from AP and customer billing to office management and tax compliance. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on fast-moving environment and enjoys building structure in a growing organization.

This role reports directly to a leader in Accounting. No direct reports.

Please note: There is a 2 days a week in office requirement for this role and the recruiting team will confirm location and ability to commute before moving past initial stages.
