Irrigation Technician (April to October)

As an Irrigation Technician at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge Golf Resort you will have the opportunity to create lasting memories for our guests while they enjoy one of Canadas top rated golf courses. We pride ourselves on superior golf course conditioning and playability.

What you will be doing :

Reporting to the Golf Superintendent responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :

• Consistently offer professional engaging and friendly service for all guests
• Follow department policies procedures and service standards
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all components of the golf course irrigation system
• Monitor soil moisture levels on all playing surfaces including greens tees fairways and rough
• Troubleshoot and repair pipes electrical components valves and heads
• Embrace the Fairmont brand promise and luxury in your role and in all your interactions
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include :

Visa Requirements :  Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
