JOB DESCRIPTION

Tim Hortons Shift Supervisor position requires the supervision of Team Member activities on shift. To ensure that all Tim Hortons standards regarding Product, Cleanliness, Food Safety and Exceptional Guest Service are fulfilled.

Responsibilities :

• Team Member Shift Objectives, Positioning and Tasks.
• Implement and Comply with all Tim Hortons operational standards and procedures.
• Lead by example and demonstrate the importance of treating every Team Member and Guest with respect.
• Provide ongoing, specific direction to Team Members.
• Encourage an exciting and fun work environment, whilst motivating team members to meet shift objectives.
• Ensures health and safety policies are followed during the shift including documentation and reporting of any work-related injuries or accidents.
• Completes all required shift documentation (e.g., Time and Temperature Logs, Manager Walk-Thru, Production Sheets.)
• Report directly to Restaurant Manager.
• Trouble Shooting any issues that may arise during the shift.
• Maintain Speed of Service requirements set out by Corporate Office.
