A well-established resort north of Peterborough is seeking the talents of a Sous Chef with a minimum of 3 years as a Sous Chef in a quality resort / hotel or restaurant operationCandidates should have a solid culinary management background and have worked in a quality resort / hotel / restaurants in their career.

Requirements : Minimum of 3 years experience as an Sous Chef in a quality hotel / resort / restaurantsAbility to communicate effectively with employees and customers, understand reports and related correspondence and accurately perform all essential job functionsFive-star resort and restaurant operations experience is preferredMust have a high eend quality food and beverage experienceFormal Chef College training Seeking a better work / lifestyle balance in their culanary career.

The salary would be around $56,000 will offer some accommodation worth $10,000 and resort benefits. Live on a lake for fishing, and boating in a country lifestyle setting to save some money and just walk to work everyday.
