What You Get To Do

Be the customer‑facing voice for KNAPP. You will manage all communication between our customer, squad, and the Director RBS Operations, attend production meetings, and ensure visitors feel engaged. Alongside a resident site engineering team, you will develop, implement, and supervise maintenance programs, processes, people, and documentation for automated storage and retrieval systems and picking systems at customer sites. You will build and maintain global customer relationships, lead preventive and predictive maintenance, and proactively address escalating issues per agreed procedures.

Leadership Overview

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Resident Site Engineering Manager and team
• Carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
• Perform site supervision and direct workforce planning and training
• Oversee hiring, performance appraisal, and disciplinary actions for first‑level management
• Address complaints and provide appropriate resolutions
