We are a non-profit organization offering free, research-backed group fitness classes to older adults across the Lower Mainland. Our weekly sessions include gentle strength training, chair yoga, stretching and more, led by caring volunteers and tailored to accommodate a variety of ability levels.
Fitness instructors demonstrate exercises, correct form, provide modifications for different ability levels, and help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment. Volunteers must be comfortable speaking in front of groups, able to demonstrate proper exercise form, and commit reliably to scheduled classes. This role offers hands-on community fitness experience, volunteer hours, reference opportunities, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on senior wellness. We ask for a once a week commitment.

Saturdays, 10 : 00 AM – 11 : 00 AM at Lifemark Physiotherapy (Surrey City Centre)
Saturdays, 11 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM at Lifemark Sport Medicine (Richmond Oval)
Wednesdays, 6 : 00 – 7 : 00 PM at Gurdwara Nanak Niwas (Richmond)
Sundays, 1 : 00 – 2 : 00 PM at Akali Singh Gurdwara (Vancouver)
