Start Date : Immediately

Salary : $120,000 plus experience

Candidate Profile

The Senior Enclosure Project Engineer is responsible for evaluating, restoring, and retrofitting existing building envelope systems. The ideal candidate is personable, comfortable collaborating with clients and colleagues, and experienced in building science across BC climate zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from conceptual design to final completion.
• Conduct site investigations and evaluate existing building envelope systems.
• Design rehabilitation programs and recommend project concepts to clients.
• Prepare reports, studies, and retrofit drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering and architectural disciplines.
• Administer contracts and review construction while implementing building science and restoration work.
