About the Role

This is your chance to play a leading role in how ABC connects with audiences across Australia. You will be at the centre of our marketing analytics efforts leading the generation of insights that guide marketing campaigns sharpen strategy and grow engagement.

Your focus will be on uncovering and delivering the data-driven story behind ABC marketing activity. From setting analytics requirements to exploring audience behaviour campaign performance and targeting opportunities you will give our teams the clarity they need to make smarter decisions.

You will work closely with Marketing Media and Analytics colleagues to embed a culture of experimentation and measurement. It is a hands-on role with plenty of scope to innovate share knowledge and deliver insights that make a real difference to the ABC and the communities we serve.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the strategy and delivery of audience analytics to inform and enhance / optimise / uplift data-driven marketing and media campaigns including experimental design optimisation and measurement.
• Manage deep analysis into Audience data and behaviour to drive insight identify key campaign opportunities and support data-led decisions and prioritisation.
• Manage regular campaign reporting including quarterly deep dives that analyse and articulate the impact and value of data-driven marketing against key corporate goals and KPIs.
• Manage the design and implementation of the marketing analytics framework in collaboration with Analytics Marketing and Media teams to ensure best practice approach and efficiencies across data insight targeting experimentation and measurement.
• Use highly advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modelling to optimise marketing activities.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of analytics and experimental research and prepare and present engaging presentations for a broad range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Liaise with stakeholders and research partners to generate and leverage research insights that provide evidence-based guidance on personalisation priorities.
• Support the ABC Audiences team with insights data and research expertise to help bolster the growing culture of experimentation and measurement.
