Growth Account Manager - halifax

Position Summary

The Growth Account Manager manages and develops the primary relationship with Tag’s existing clients and is responsible for delivering unparalleled customer care, exceptional quality across all programs, and identifying opportunities to expand and grow client partnerships.

Job Qualifications

• 2–4 years of account management and / or business development experience within content marketing, digital marketing, ecommerce, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Proven track record growing and retaining client relationships while consistently achieving revenue targets, including pitching and winning new business within existing accounts
• Sales and business development experience driving incremental revenue growth within existing accounts across technology, marketing, content production, or social / digital engagements
• Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close growth opportunities within existing client portfolios, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives
• Experience owning account-level revenue targets, managing a healthy pipeline, and accurately forecasting growth opportunities
• Proven confidence leading client presentations, pricing and scoping discussions, and commercial negotiations, in partnership with internal teams and senior client stakeholders
• Experience navigating multi-disciplinary account environments
• Proven background in retail, consumer goods, and / or food & beverage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly collaborative, self-motivated, and solution-oriented, with the perseverance and drive to deliver results
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
