Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior PLC Programmer to join our dynamic team focused on delivering cutting‑edge automation and control systems solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) , with proven experience in industrial automation , machine control , and SCADA systems .
As a key contributor to our engineering team, you will be responsible for the design , development , implementation , and commissioning of PLC programs for a variety of manufacturing and industrial automation projects across diverse sectors. You will collaborate with electrical engineers , project managers , and controls technicians to ensure that systems are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy PLC programming using platforms such as Allen‑Bradley (Rockwell Automation) , Siemens , and / or Mitsubishi .
- Create and modify HMI (Human Machine Interface) applications and SCADA systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics , P&IDs , and control system architecture diagrams .
- Perform on‑site commissioning , troubleshooting , and support for automated systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define control strategies and ensure system functionality.
- Maintain documentation including program logic , network configuration , and system integration plans.
- Support continuous improvement efforts in automation design and performance.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation .Proficiency in programming Allen‑Bradley , Siemens , or Mitsubishi PLCs.Strong experience with HMI development , ladder logic , structured text , and function block diagrams .Familiarity with robotic integration , servo systems , and motion control is a plus.Solid understanding of control panel design , wiring , and electrical troubleshooting .Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Willingness to travel for on‑site commissioning and client support .Location & Compensation
