Senior Technical Analyst

The Technical Analyst work involves acting as a liaison between the business / end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring technical solutions.

Job Responsibilities / Duties

• Develops server applications using programming languages like Java, C#, C++, etc. Apart from programming language skills, back-end development is required to achieve product functionalities and meet business needs.
• Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives from a technical perspective
• Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology
• Researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices)
• Translating business requirements into technical artifacts

RSI determines pay range based upon numerous compensation factors, including experience, skill set, and geographic location. A current and reasonable estimated range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. However, it’s possible for an individual to be hired at a salary outside of this range.
