We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Homeroom Teacher to join our team for a position starting in in August 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to guide young learners through their academic journey nurturing their social emotional and personal development in a supportive environment.

• Teach and lead a primary class following IB PYP and curriculum standards.
• Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate lessons across core subjects.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports holistic student development.
• Use inquiry-based learning to develop critical thinking problem-solving and collaborative skills.
• Regularly assess and track student progress adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and contribute to school initiatives.
• Encourage student participation in extra-curricular activities and ensure their social and personal growth.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide effective feedback to students and parents.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• A degree in Education or a related field with a recognised teaching qualification.
• Teaching experience preferably in an international or IB school.
• Knowledge and experience with inquiry-based and student-centred teaching methods.
• Proven ability to create a positive and engaging classroom environment that promotes active learning.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues parents and students.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic multicultural environment.
• A commitment to contributing to the wider school community.
