This presents an outstanding opportunity for the ideal Project Manager, someone who possesses substantial experience in Heavy Civil Construction and will be tasked with overseeing geotechnical, drilling, and pile-driving projects from initiation to successful completion.

Pay: 100K-130k+ Benefits

What You'll Do:

• Manage all aspects of geotechnical, drilling, and pile driving projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Oversee drilling and pile driving operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide leadership to on-site teams.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are achieved.

What They'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in deep foundations, with a focus on geotechnical projects.
• Proven experience in drilling and pile driving operations.
• Familiarity with various drill rigs and pile driving equipment.
• Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
