On behalf of our Winnipeg client, Procom is seeking a Organizational Development Consultant for a 9 month remote contract.
Organizational Development Consultant Job Details
The Organizational Development Consultant will serve as member of a diverse team on a multiyear transformation, functioning as OCM Stakeholder Owner to assigned stakeholder groups.
Or ganizational Development Consultant Responsibilities
The Organizational Development Consultant will :
- Facilitate discussions with assigned stakeholders through super user and leader engagement networks to enable two-communication about change impacts to their people, processes and technology.
- Identify people risks, work with the impacted leaders and other people support teams to mitigate.
- Leverage an Agile change management approach to execute targeted communication and engagement plans; partnering with OCM team members and people support teams to develop, communicate, and measure stakeholder readiness journeys.
- Develop and deliver associated deliverables in partnership with system integrator and OCM resources to support assigned stakeholder groups their change journey.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders on the effectiveness of change activities and recommend adjustments to programming as required.
- Provide change leadership coaching to assigned stakeholder managers and super users in performing their change roles to support go live readiness.
