Our client, a respected and expanding manufacturing company in Vaughan, is hiring a Controller who’s ready to step into a future Director of Finance role.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to influence business performance, strengthen financial operations, and drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the full financial cycle — month-end close, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Lead product costing, margin analysis, and cost management initiatives
- Partner with operations to enhance financial visibility and support decision-making
- Identify process efficiencies and implement best practices across finance functions
- Mentor and guide a small team, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture
